For staff to know how to reduce fire risks, deal with fires if appropriate and escape safely in the event of fire.

Who Should Attend?

Any person who is expected to respond to a fire alarm or may actually be confronted by a real fire. Any person who may be required or have the opportunity to use a fire extinguisher, basically all staff.
